Object - independent out of class foreign language learning organization for students of technical specialities; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested didactic conditions on the efficiency of independent out of class foreign language learning organization for students of technical specialities with the use of information technologies; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the efficiency of didactic conditions of independent out of class foreign language learning organization for students of technical specialities with the use of information technologies; the definition of the term "independent learning" as a goal-oriented process of thorough independent learning of the teaching material within the framework of a specific discipline directed at the development and improvement of students' habits and skills, forming and intensifying students' strategies of independent learning has been specified; the peculiarities of organizing students' of technical specialities independent foreign language learning involving the level of use of information technologies according to their didactic potential as an alternative source of information have been analysed; the linguodidactic principles of organizing independent foreign language learning have been singled out; forms and methods of organizing independent foreign language learning for students of technical specialities with the use of information technologies have acquired further study; results - the results of the research have been used for compiling teaching recommendations on introducing information technologies into the process of independent foreign language learning organization for students of technical specialities; the diagnostic tools to determine the levels of students' foreign language acquisition have been suggested. The materials of the research will be helpful for scholars and academics working at the development of curriculum and teaching manuals, in the system of professional development of academics and for students working at course, diploma and Master degree papers; field - pedagogy.
