Essay

Object - an extracurricular education of junior adolescences in secondary schools; purpose - to reveal the impact of science-based didactic conditions to stimulating younger adolescences of secondary schools to self-perfection in extracurricular education on their positive self-changes; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - for the first time were scientifically proved and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of stimulation young adolescences to self-perfection: 1) positive motivation to self-perfection, aided by: a) encouraging students to imitate positive examples of self-changes; b) the selection of information, the contents of which leads students to realization inexhaustible knowledge, the versatility of the universe, the possibility of using knowledge to be interesting for others; c) the organization of adolescents communication provided by planning of meetings, the defining of forms and methods of work and others; 2) pedagogical support of mastering the positive self-changes technology, which includes: a) mastering skills of self-diagnostic, studying of unique self-characteristics; b) self-projecting of desired changes; c) targeted activity to improve themselves (self-education, self-regulation, the analysis of results), which is accompanied by the necessary pedagogical support; features of extracurricular education, requirements to its organization and the diagnostic tools to work with students; criteria and indicators of changes that have occurred in the process of younger adolescences' self-perfection were specified; further development got the theoretical issues of self-perfections' essence and structural elements of and its main features in junior adolescence, effective pedagogical stimulus and requirements that contribute successful adolescents' self-improvement in extracurricular time (staging, creating of intellectual tasks, thematic presentations, workshops for their peers, younger students and others.) were defined; Results - pedagogical conditions of stimulation younger adolescences to self-improvement by the means of extracurricular education can be tested and implemented in the practice of modern educational institutions; field - pedagogy.
