Dissertation is devoted to optimization diagnosis and prognosis of NAFLD combined with hypertension and coronary artery disease on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, functional state of the liver in relation to disorders of intracardiac hemodynamics and portal blood flow; developing of individualized therapeutic measures to prevent the development of structural and functional abnormalities of myocardium and liver. The study involved 140 patients with NAFLD. Analyzed the features of intracardial hemodynamic and portal blood flow. Was found factors that determine prognosis NAFLD combined with hypertension and coronary heart disease. The schemes individualized therapeutic measures that prevent the development of complications from heart- vascular system and portal blood flow in patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and NAFLD.
