The thesis is dedicated to improve the efficiency of diagnosis of patients with progressive and first appeared unstable angina in conjuction with type 2 diabetes mellitus, based on a comprehensive assessment of the level of interleukin -6, tumor necrosis factor- ?, C-reactive protein, brain natriuretic peptide associated with pregnancy plasma protein A although with structural and functional abnormalities of myocardium to individualize therapeutic measures and evaluating the effectiveness of therapy. The pathogenetic relationship between dysfunction of carbohydrate, lipid profile were detailed and associations between PAPP -A and echocardiography parameters of the heart were found in our patients. This study demonstrates that patients with unstable angina with concomitant type 2 of diabetes mellitus there were significant lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, cardiohemodynamics by developing concentric type cardiac remodeling, violation cellular immune response by increasing the levels of proinflammatory cytokines, levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-?, and the level of brain natriuretic peptide, and PAPP-A in serum, which influenced the course of unstable angina, the incidence of complications. The pathogenetic role of PAPP - A form of complications of unstable coronary artery disease were determined. The possibility of therapeutic correction of metabolic and neurohumoral disorders based on the use of metabolic (use of korvitin and thiotriazolin) and standard therapy in patients with unstable angina and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
