Гарагатый А. Clinical efficacy photochromic antiseptics in the treatment of patients with acute cystitis.

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of Clinical Urology - improving the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with acute cystitis on the basis of medical and rehabilitative technologies of photochromic antiseptics. The dissertation studied the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of pathological habitat of urine in acute cystitis, associative relationships of pathogens and their sensitivity to antibiotics, especially the general and local mucosal immunity, as well as their comparison to the dynamics of the treatment using photochromic antiseptics and traditional antibiotic therapy. The presence of the negative impact of the use of antibiotics in the period preceding the disease of the AC, the state of resistance of microorganisms and indicators of cellular and humoral local mucosal immunity. The rational treatment regimen of patients with AC using photochromic antiseptics as an alternative to conventional antibiotic therapy, clarified its advantages, disadvantages and the level of security, there were provided the recommendations for use in clinical practice that allowed to avoid or reduce the need for or duration of use of antibiotics, simplify the treatment of patients with acute cystitis, ensure the availability of techniques, including an outpatient basis, thereby reducing the frequency of relapses.
