Essay

Experimental analysis model-based on acute biliary pancreatitis of rats showed quick development of necrobiotic processes. Consistently can be divided into three periods: up to 6 hours - with a predominance of swelling, 12 hours - and bleeding after 24 hours - necrotic changes. We analyzed the polymorphisms of genes IL-8 A-251T (rs 4073) and IL-10 C-592A (rs 1800872) in patients with acute pancreatitis. While analysis of frequency of cytokine gene allelic variants IL-8 A-251T it is fixed authentically increased frequency of allele A/T carriers among patients with destructive form of acute pancreatitis. While analysis of genotypes IL-10 C-592A it is fixed authentically minor frequency of allele C/A carriers among patients with acute biliary pancreatitis, as opposed to alimentary pancreatitis. On the basis of ordered estimate of score it is marked out prognostic groups: favorable prognosis, indeterminate prognosis, unfavorable prognosis. In the group of indeterminate prognosis every patient must be qualified as patient with potentially destructive pancreatitis; genes carriers IL-8 A-251T with allele T/T were operated during 24 hours after being hospitalized.
