Essay

The dissertation presents the results of research work conducted by the author concerning monetary obligations under Civil Law of Ukraine. In determining monetary obligations and its variety such as cash obligations the author proceeds from the fact that these notions should be defined in different ways depending on the purposes for which they are formulated. The definition of obligation and monetary obligation for the purposes of law enforcement shall comply with the content of Civil Law.
