The dissertation is devoted to the research of the right to private life. The concept of private life as the object of the personal non-property right of the natural person, its signs, and the ratio with contiguous objects are given in the research. The conclusion that private life and privacy correlate with each other as particular and general, private life and information on private life are nonidentity categories is done.
