Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of legal regulation of changing substantial working conditions, to highlighting the ways of improving relevant legal regulation. The essence of substantial working conditions in the light of appropriate working conditions is determined. Classification of working conditions according to the degree of freedom of their establishment, which creates conditions for realizing the principle of contract's freedom, while determining the working conditions under conclusion of an employment contract is offered.
