Essay

The thesis is an independent completed scientific work, the first comprehensive study of a non-residential premise as an object of civil rights in Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in this area, points of view of scholars in the sphere of civil law and process, synthesis and analysis of the practice of law norms implementation regulating the turnover of non-residential premises the author determined the notion of a non-residential premise, its place in the system of objects of civil rights for the first time in Ukrainian legal science.
