Bezruk T. The reform of the public administration, judiciary and tax system of Hetmanate 1722-1727

The thesis is dedicated to study the process of preparation and realization the reform of the public administration, judiciary and tax system of Hetmanate 1722-1727. It is shown that the process of reform is divided into four stages. This event was followed by the creation of Malorossiiskii Prikaz and the institute of tsar residents of hetman. The residents had the right to use the Russian troops, carry on an investigation and issue judgments. Creation of the Malorossiiskaia Kollegiia was one of the links of realization of collegiate reforms in the Russian Empire, which was based on the Swedish cameral model of public administration. The reform of the financial system of Hetman was investigated. It was held by the Russian authority.
