Yevenko D. Constitutional and legal security defense functions of Ukraine

This research focuses on constitutional and legal support Ukraine defense functions, defining the role of the military organization of the state and military building in its formation, development and improved constitutional and legal framework of the latter. We study theoretical approaches to understanding the constitutional and legal framework defensive functions of the state, in particular, this function is defined phenomenology, considered historical and legal aspects of the military organization of society as ontological basis of the functions of the state, epistemological and axiological analyzed parameters of its constitutional and legal support. A special role in this process is played by public functions that are actually active, praxeological manifestation and outcome of the ongoing challenges it.
