The dissertation is devoted to development and scientific substantiation, a computer processor thermal stabilization systems based on semiconductor thermoelectric converters. The main purpose of research is to develop systems and thermal stabilization of heat removal of processor using semiconductor, not previously unknown, on the one hand, on the other hand, the mathematical model for cooling the processor, not previously used. The mathematical model of thermal stabilization processor mode on and off the computer using the melting substance. Experimentally and theoretically investigated the temperature dependence of time when you turn the computer off and on.
