This thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of constitutional and legislative framework of relations between the President of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Based on the comprehensive analysis of research papers, the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of regulating the organization and functioning of public authorities, the author examined the constitutional and legislative basis of the relationship between the President of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the field of legislative and executive power. In her work the author explored the evolution of institution of the President and its relationships with the Parliament of Ukraine.
