Essay

Author have performed complex examination of 89 patients with anaerobic nonclostridial infection of pelvis. Аpplying of complex active surgical treatment allowed us to reduce the number of operations from 4,3±0,4% in control group to 3,2±0,3% in basic group, contributed reduce of early post-operation complications from 47,9±7,5% to 22,7±9,8% and shortening of patient day index from 21,4±2,2 to 14,4±1,3 respectively, attain the exception of mortality. In the remote period recurrence rate decreased from 20,0% to 9,7%, disability rate from 22,0% to 12,9% respectively.
