Palapa V. Рeculiarities of diagnostics and correction of edematous form of premenstrual syndrome in women of early reproductive age.

Object - edematous form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in women of early reproductive age; goal - to improve the efficiency of the treatment of edematous form of premenstrual syndrome in women of early reproductive age by improving diagnosis and correction of this condition; methods - clinical, laboratory and instrumental (bioimpedance measuring, ultrasound diagnostics), mathematics and statistics; results - a result of investigations have revealed aspects of pathogenesis and features of the functioning of the reproductive system in women of reproductive age with early edematous form of PMS; evaluated and proven correlation relationship indicators of sex steroids with the severity of clinical symptoms, menstrual function, Doppler characteristics of the uterus and ovaries and hydration of tissues; first established parameters and held bioimpedance analysis of hydration of tissues in the different phases of the menstrual cycle in women of reproductive age with early edematous form of PMS; developed and tested diagnostic and therapeutic system for correction and prevention of edematous form of PMS, to reduce the risk of disease progression and improve quality of life of women of reproductive age early; branch – medicine.
