Mnyshenko Y. Criminal-legal policy in the sphere of the right to education in Ukraine

The thesis is the first study of theoretical and applied issues of criminal-legal policy in the sphere of the right to education conducted in Ukraine. The paper deals with the scientific tasks concerning earmarks of criminal-legal policy to be directed at efficient counterwork against socially dangerous acts in the sphere of violation of the right to education. The task is solved by means of systematic-structural analysis of the essence of criminal-legal policy in the sphere of the right to education in Ukraine as well as by means of working out the corresponding policy concept. The direction of the general criminal-legal policy under consideration is defined as criminal-legal policy in the sphere of the right to education.
