Zaleska A. Criminal-legal protection of the right to education

History of the development of the national system and formation of the present-day structure of education are investigated; objective conditions of criminalization of violation of the right to education, groundings of the criminalization of the act as well as the principles of criminalization are defined. The analysis of the offence under Art. 183 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is conducted; criminal-legal characteristics of the objective and subjective elements of the crime are provided; the content of aggravating circumstances are defined. Suggestions as to the perfection of the provisions of Art. 183 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are made.
