The disertation is dedicated to improving results of patients treatment with recurrent echinococcosis of the liver due to early detection and prevention disease, intra- and postoperative effective minimally invasive techniques for preventing relapse echinococcosis and postoperative complications. Implementation of effective sanitary-epidemiological and educational activities, the use of modern methods of intraoperative echinococcosis relapse prevention, minimization of operational trauma has significantly reduced the frequency of preoperative cyst rupture and disseminated echinococcosis to 2.6%, rate of reinvazion - to 2,0%, of true relapses - to 1,3%.
