Denisenko M. The improve of the normative documents on designing and using of personal protection equipment for workers in hot workshops

The object of study-the process of accumulation of moisture in the textile materials used for the manufacture of underwear costume of a set of working clothes for a safe, comfortable and hygienic working conditions in the hot workshops. The aim of the study is the improvement of normative documents on the design and implementation of special working clothes to ensure workers hot workshops hygienic and comfortable conditions. Scientific novelty consists in the following: first the mathematical dependence of the concentration of moisture in the middle of the layer of material from time to time by solving the nonlinear differential equation of diffusion of moisture in the material, which allows to determine the amount of moisture accumulated in the material within a certain time wetting; improved methods for the determination of water-absorbing characteristics of the textile materials by conducting macroexperiments that will more accurately determine the concentration of moisture in the material; for the first time solves the problem of determining the concentration of moisture in the middle layer material, taking into account the nonlinearity of the process of accumulation of moisture in the multilayer material; at first mathematical model of the accumulation of moisture in multilayer materials, to determine their moisture-absorbing properties using the results of macroexperiments separate materials.
