This dissertation represents the results of a study of changes of energy metabolism and immune reactivity in rats with dermatitis of various etiologies. Experimentally proved to raising the value of circulating immune complex in the blood of rats with allergic dermatitis, especially the most toxic the middle molecular circulating immune complexes (11S-19S). If their level more than 2,2 times that to intact animals is evidenced of a marked sensitization and confirmed allergic nature of the disease. Proven in allergic dermatitis lymphocyte antigen stimulation starts a cascade of energy-dependent processes that lead to redistribution of macro in cell. The first established the key role of intensification of free radical oxidation in the pathogenesis of allergic dermatitis and protective effect of 0.5 % ointment of dymecini.
