Theoretically generalized and the new scientific problem solving, in particular, determined in accordance with the goals and objectives of the study, the nature and the concept of non-profit economic activities, provided the arrangement, classification of non-profit organizations as subjects of these activities; established branch of law, legislation, from the point where it is advisable to explore (adjust) the relevant activities; the content and structure of the legal provision of non-profit entities and analyzed its source base, identified problems and suggestions on improving this software.
