Essay

Thesis deals with the influence of tumor biology (gene expression of p53, FOXO1, Ki-67 and telomerase) on the clinical course and efficacy of treatment for endometrial cancer (ER) in patients with reproductive, menopause (perimenopause and menopausal periods. We doslіdzhennya boule vklyuchenі 360 patients with ER I- Article IV. (T1a-3vN0-1M0-1) aged 28 to 89 years. Patients with endometrial cancer (ER) of reproductive age was significantly more likely to have stage I (73.1%), high-grade tumors differentiation (63.5%) and significantly fewer tumors G3-4 (9,6%) compared with patients in menopause (G1 - 41,0%; G3-4 - 23,6%) and the period menopause (39,4% G1 and 22.8% of G3-4). Neendometrioidnye more common forms of OM menopausal patients (11.4%) and menopause (9.9%) compared with the reproductive period (5.8% of the cases). It was found that the biological properties of endometrial carcinoma (gene expression of p53, FOXO1, Ki-67) correlate with the age of patients and the period of risk of recurrence. Using these criteria, taking into account the degree of tumor differentiation, the choice of therapeutic treatments allowed to significantly reduce the frequency of relapse: reproductive age period from 16.6% to 0; perimenopuze in a 21.6% to 7.4%; menopausal 29.1% to 10.2% of cases.
