The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the theoretical and applied aspects of the category of «abuse of law». The thesis defined conceptual approaches to understanding the concept of abuse of law, these sence of the category provided its species characteristic, the relationship of the types of legal behavior, certain ways of dealing with the abuse of law, international experience and local practices. Investigates the current trends, in the abuse category and function in the law. A combat factors and overcoming abuse of law in area of the contemporary legislation.
