Butnik-Siverskiy S. Inheritance of intellectual property rights in Ukraine.

The thesis is related to theoretical and practical issues of inheritance of intellectual property rights. In this work the author considers theoretical basis of inheritance, general approaches regarding intellectual property law, researches legal relationship in the inheritance of intellectual property rights sphere as a separate type of hereditary legal relationship, analyses its components and legislative regulation, explores heirs' rights regarding author's moral rights, examines inheritance of copyright, intellectual property rights on invention, utility model, industrial design, trademark, the right to obtain a patent (certificate).
