Essay

Thesis focuses on research of agreement on freighting by road transport in Ukraine. It is considered the formation of the agreement on the concept of positive and mono-normative connection of agreement regulation. It is found shortcomings of current legislation and offered suggestions for their improvement. It is defined the system of normative legal acts of Ukraine, which regulate and set their vulnerable position, state of research problems; performed theoretical and legal research elements of this agreement, its legal nature and developed its doctrinal concept are clarified content, execution and fulfillment.
