This research focuses on theoretical and practical issues of implementation and protection of subjective civil rights for industrial design. The paper analyzes the state of scientific studies on subjective civil rights for industrial design, revealed the concept of human rights and especially their emergence, maintenance and protection of civil and legal aspects. This paper analyzes the general theoretical, historical and comparative legal aspects of civil law protection of industrial design. The concept, characteristics and functions of industrial design as an object of civil legal regulation in Ukraine.
