Essay

This research focuses on rational use and protection of reclaimed land and substantiation of environmental and economic measures for their improvement. Comprehensive and systematic studies of reclaimed area ecological-economic mechanism formation and improvement based on common methods of land use regulating and sustainable management techniques of water management complex was done for the first time. They will provide effective and ecologically safe use of reclaimed land. The expediency of forecasting possible ground water levels raising areas and its impact on agricultural losses from floods with the help of remote sensing techniques was proven. The paper presents tools for ecological-economic mechanism to stimulate effective functioning of drainage systems through differentiated approach to the allocation of funding. Approach to reclamation land structure analysis using of remote sensing and statistical data was offered. Regulators of reclaimed land sustainable use in water management were systematized. Optimization measures were presented and calculated their efficiency.
