Petrovska S. Incorporation of environmental component in the evaluation of investment attractiveness of the region

The object of research: the influence of environmental factors on the investment attractiveness of the region. Aim: the improvement of scientific and methodical approaches to incorporation of environmental component in the evaluation of investment attractiveness of the region. Research methods and instruments: logical generalization and scientific abstraction, ecological, economic and statistical analysis, systematic structural analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and programming, economic-statistical and graphical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the methodological developments, practical recommendations concerning the formation and implementation of approach to the evaluation of investment attractiveness of the region with incorporation of environmental component. Novelty: scientific and methodical approach to incorporation of environmental component in the evaluation of investment attractiveness of the region; the system of economic indicators, used to calculate the integral index of investment attractiveness of the region is improved. The degree of implementation: development and practical recommendations are implemented by the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Sumy Region State Administration; LLC "Avis-Ukraine"; and introduced into the educational process of Sumy State University.
