Object - renal functional reserve and its disorders in chronic kidney disease; purpose - explore the functional renal reserve in renal healthy individuals explore its significance in patients with chronic kidney disease as a pathophysiological reasonable method of early diagnosis of kidney disease; methods - physical examination, general clinical, biochemical, laboratory and instrumental, physiological and pathophysiological study of kidney function, statistical processing of digital material; results - the thesis studied in detail the pathogenic role of renal functional reserve in renal healthy individuals and patients with chronic kidney disease, namely in patients with hypertension and diabetes, as these two nosology most often lead to kidney failure. The method of pathophysiological diagnosis of renal diseases by determining renal functional reserve during water and salt load of 0,5% sodium chloride in an amount of 0,5% of body weight has been tested and proved. The mechanism of kidney function in a state of functional rest and under conditions of water and water-salt loading in healthy individuals and patients with hypertension and diabetes has been described. The state share of proteinuria to identify hidden proteinuria in patients with hypertension and diabetes has been learnt.
