Essay

The object of study - atopic dermatitis. The purpose of research - optimizing the prevention of atopic dermatitis in children by developing criteria for predicting its occurrence on the basis of analyzing anthropometric, somatotypological and dermatoglyphic indices. Methods: physical, immunological, anthropometric, somatotypological, dermatoglyphic, mathematical. Dissertation is devoted the study of the characteristics of atopic dermatitis in the central region of Ukraine anthropometric, somatotypical, and dermatoglyphical indexes for children with atopic dermatitis. By author first given a complex assessment of the opportunities of anthropogenetic occurrence of atopic dermatitis in children. Set their somatotypical indexes and component composition of body weight, dermatoglyphic picture of fingers and palms. For the first time, developed on the basis of the conducted anthropogenetic researches the discriminating models of risk of atopic dermatitis, that made it possible to use them in the future to form groups in high-risk of developing the disease, which is the basis for the timely introduction of the practice of preventive measures in children. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of Vinnytsia regional clinical dermato-venerological dispensary of Vinnytsia regional council, Kyiv city clinical dermatological and venereal hospital, MI of Ternopil regional council "Ternopil regional clinical skin and venerological dispensary". The results have been implemented in the educational process of the Department of skin and venereal diseases of Vinnytsia national medical university of MH of Ukraine named after M.I. Pirogov, Department of dermatovenereology of the National medical academy of postgraduate education of Ukraine named after P.L. Shupyk, Department of skin and venereal diseases SE "Dnipropetrovsk medical academy of MH of Ukraine". Area of use - dermatology.
