The research deals with the problem of formation of pedagogical empathy of future music teachers in the process of conductor - choral training, where the definite phenomenon is explained as evaluative, personal-professional formation, which is characterized by the emotional - sensational attitude of a teacher to understanding his students, and is realized in the process of creative interaction, which leads to the improvement of music-pedagogical activity. The defined structure of component, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of pedagogical empathy of future music teachers. Developed and experimentally tested the phased method of forming pedagogical empathy of future music teachers in the process of conduct-choral training.
