In dissertation research the problem of forming of preparedness of future music masters is considered to guidance of collective schoolchildren music making, principles are reasonable and methodology of preparedness of future music masters is worked out to organization of collective schoolchildren music playing from position system, competence , creative, reflexive and action-volitional approaches, that gave an opportunity to systematize, logically to line up theoretical material and in accordance with select scientific methodological principles. The process of professional preparation of future music masters to organization of collective schoolchildren music playing is provided by certain by us cooperation: professional orientation, integrative interaction, creative individualization. A component structure, criteria, indexes and levels of formed of preparedness of students, is certain to guidance of collective schoolchildren music-making , that presents intercommunication of next components : motivational-stadial, cognitive-communication and performing-reflective. It is worked out and stage-by-stage methodology of forming of preparedness of future music masters is experimentally tested to guidance of collective schoolchildren music playing , that passed in motion of three stages of pedagogical work, namely: orientation-directing, complex-deepening, creatively-effective. Results undertaken a study helped to define basic receptions and methods of realization of all complex of forming of preparedness of future music masters to guidance of collective music playing.
