Subject of the research work: economic safety of motor transport enterprises. Objective of the research: development of theoretical foundations and development of scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for the management of economic safety MTE. Methods and techniques of the research: abstract-logical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and abstraction, systematic and comprehensive approach, matrix, statistics, multivariate factor analysis, paired comparisons. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: improved management of the conceptual apparatus of economic safety, in particular, updated and in-depth nature of the concept of "economic safety" on the basis of determination of its status as a company, is the result of a focused set of measures for the prevention, attenuation, localization or adaptation to the impacts of threats at the lowest possible losses and time interval that are acceptable and economically feasible for the enterprise. Such a definition, unlike existing complements gained theoretical basis through the provision of such a feature as the "acceptability" and reflects the main characteristics of a certain category: Development, validity measures, timing; Methodical approach to assessing the level of economic safety transport companies, for the calculation of the integral index of economic safety of the transport companies' trucking companies, highlighting the major functional components of economic safety and ensuring receipt of the last objective factor loadings groups of indicators, reflecting the specificity of each area of activity and MTE can be adjusted change in time. The proposed approach allows a comprehensive analysis of the real state of trucking companies and the dynamics of this indicator from the perspective of the individual components that determine the economic safety and timely identify areas of potential negative impacts, as well as make effective management decisions to curb the development of the crisis; further developed a theoretical approach to the construction of the control system of economic safety transport companies, the difference of which is the inclusion of cyclic-functional decomposing aggregate management actions aimed at ensuring economic safety transport companies and allows us to provide timely and informed management decisions in a significant range of impacts of threats and destabilizing phenomena; developed further refine the list of threats to the economic safety of MTE, which, unlike existing, detailed set of potential dominant threats in the context of the major functional components of the economic safety of the transport companies, which will help streamline and use the most appropriate and effective methods of implementation of management procedures; were further development of scientific and methodological provisions for ranking dominant threats that, unlike the existing ones, dictate the significance and impact of each threat in an extensive set of destabilizing phenomena inherent in the functional components of the economic safety of trucking companies, and can reduce the losses caused by adverse changes in the parameters external and internal environment. Level of introduction: the results of the investigations that have an applied nature, embedded in the work of enterprises Kharkov: PJSC "transport enterprise №16364" (methodical approach to the assessment of the level of economic safety); "Company R-Stil" (conceptual approach to the construction of the economic safety management system). Individual theoretical and methodological provisions of the dissertation are used in the educational process of Kharkov National Automobile and Highway University at the international economy department during teaching "Socio-economic safety", "Analysis of international projects".
