Korabel M. Confiscation as a form of criminal punishment.

In the dissertation confiscation as a kind of punishment, feature of its standard regulation and legal practice of application are investigated. The history of occurrence of this punishment in territory of Ukraine is analyzed. The concept and the content of confiscation as a form of punishment. The thesis focuses on theoretical and practical complex of questions linked with formation, regulation and realization of supplementary punishment property's confiscation. It was formulated a number of propositions for perfection of Criminal legislation of the confiscation. On the basis of the carried out research it is formulated a number of theoretical conclusions and offers concerning improvement of the operating criminal and criminally-executive legislation of Ukraine.
