The thesis presents a theoretical analysis of the problem and proposes a new solution of the problem of bioethical knowledge formation of senior pupils. Author's definition of the term "bioethical knowledge of pupils" is suggested, its structure and contain are determined. The functions of bioethical knowledge in the educational and process in biology are outlined.
