Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the accuracy of diagnosis of early stages of prostate cancer by using sonoelastografii (SEG) in the framework of an integrated control with transrectal ultrasound biopsy multifocal body. The Young's modulus of normal prostate tissue equal to 16.83 ± 0.35 kPa, prostate tissue in chronic prostatitis - 23,13 ± 0,29 kPa, the tissue of the prostate in benign hyperplasia - 31,1 ± 0,37 kPa, the cancer reached 91.4 ± 9,5 kPa. First it is shown that cancer of prostate Т1b-2cN0M0, regardless of nosological forms, visualizes in 52.6% of observations homogeneous hypoechoic structure with fuzzy contours (B - mode), 76.7% of the observations - the only site hypervascularization with linear dimensions in 3 dimensions greater than 4 mm, in 69,1% of observations focus fabric with a Young's modulus of more than 49 kPa at SEG background mud 4 types. Algorithm (clinical examination - ultrasound (B-mode - Doppler - SEG) - (B-mode - trephine biopsy) - histopathological examination of biopsy material) when the discriminatory level of young's modulus - 49 kPa provides the following diagnostic indicators of effectiveness in identifying cancer: sensitivity = 84,3%, specificity = 80,8%, accuracy = 85,5%, efficiency = 48,5%
