Shwets Y. Diagnostic and correction of bile outflow disorders in patients with chronic pancreatitis

The thesis is dedicated to topical scientific problem, the solution of which will improve the results of surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis with bile outflow disorders, improvement of miniinvasive techniques of bile outflow disorders correction and development of programs preoperative preparation of patients with chronic pancreatitis depending on the detected changes in the composition of bile. This study is based on results of examination, treatment and observation of 131 patients with chronic pancreatitis which is accompanied by bile outflow disorders. In a retrospective study 64 patients of the control group were treated by generally accepted curative-diagnostic program. The diagnostic methods used in control and basic groups were compared in a prospective study. Changes in composition of bile were detected in patients with chronic pancreatitis depending on jaundice presence. Miniinvasive methods of bile outflow disorders correction were improved and developed. The best results by some parameters were affected integrative treatment outcomes in patients, which were treated by developed algorithm.
