Essay

The object of study - psoriatic disease associated with gluten enteropathy. The purpose of research - improving the efficiency of treatment of patients with psoriatic disease associated with gluten enteropathy, based on the development of a set of clinical and diagnostic immunomorphological criteria and treatment algorithm. Methods: clinical, laboratory, serological, immunomorphological, instrumental, statistical. As a result of serological screening of 128 psoriatic patients gluten enteropathy were found in 36 patients. Histological and immunohistochemical examination identified three stages of gluten enteropathy disease in patients with psoriasis associated with gluten enteropathy. It is established the increase in the number of inflammatory cells in mucosa of duodenum and in the skin. Dynamic monitoring of patients with psoriasis associated with gluten enteropathy allows to prove the use of a gluten-free diet corrects the identified clinical and immunological disorders. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of the Crimean Republic institution "Clinical Skin and Venerological Dispensary" (Simferopol), MI "Zaporizhzhia Regional Dermatovenerologic Clinical Dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Crimean Republican Institution "Clinical Territorial Medical Association "University Clinic", MI "Skin and Venerological Dispensary" of Sevastopol, CMI "Chernivtsi Regional Skin and Venerological Dispensary". The results of the thesis introduced in the educational process of the Department of DermatoVenereology of Bukovina State Medical University, Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of SE "Crimean State Medical University named after S.I. Georgievsky ". Area of use - dermatology.
