Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the innovative approaches to food industry enterprises' energy providing. In the given thesis the essence and the content of theoretical principles of innovative energy providing of food industry enterprises are revealed, the concept and categorical apparatus of the energy providing theory is developed, the theoretical basis of innovative energy providing of enterprises' activity and the factors that make an influence to the energy needs formation are grounded. The state and trends of energy providing of the food industry enterprises are discovered, the main indicators of food industry of Ukraine for 2009 - 2013 years are shown and analyzed. The methodic of company's energy reserve forming, evaluation and using is proposed. The implementing of innovative approaches to energy providing of domestic enterprises is grounded. The methodical approach to the effectiveness of energy management evaluating is suggested. The expediency of using triune approach to optimize the process of energy providing in modern conditions that reduces the energy resources using of enterprise and makes changes at their energy balance, streamlines logistics flows and improves productivity is proved.
