Essay

The object of study - infection of large skin folds. The purpose of research - improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with infections of large skin folds on the basis of the study of clinical manifestations, course, immune homeostasis, liver and skin microbiocenosis. Methods: clinical, general laboratory, functional, microscopic, biochemical, immunological, statistics. We noted a direct dependence between the immune status, liver's functions in patients with infections of large skin folds, etiological factors and the disease was especially highly frequent in combined forms of infections of large skin folds, at the present stage, namely in the presence of mixed infections. The study established an individualized and comprehensive evidence based differentiated therapy of the study patients. In particular, the treatment of infections of large skin folds, caused by mixed infections, we tested a new native immunomodulator - Liasten. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of MI "Zaporіzhzhia Regional dermatovenerologic clinical dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, MI "Dnipropetrovsk Regional Skin and Venerological Dispensary", MIH "Regional Clinical Skin and Venerological Dispensary №1" (Kharkiv), MI "Odessa Regional Skin and Venerological Dispensary", as well as in the educational process of the Department of Dermatovenereology and cosmetology with course of Dermatovenereology and Aesthetic Medicine of FPE of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of SE "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the MH of Ukraine", Department of Dermatology, Venereology and AIDS of Kharkiv National Medical University and the Department of Dermatovenereology of Bukovina State Medical University.
