Essay

The object of study - the urogenital chlamydiosis. The purpose of research - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with urogenital chlamydiosis by developing an pathogenetically substantiated integrated method of differential treatment on the basis of studying the state of prooxidant-antioxidant and immune systems. Methods: epidemiological, clinical, instrumental, molecular biological, serological, cytological, biochemical, immune, statistical. Condition and degree of balance impairment of pro-oxidant, antioxidant and immune systems has been estimated in those patients. In the patients, identified as having Chlamydia mixed infection, in comparison with the patients only with C. trachomatis, intensification of processes of peroxide lipid oxidation is observed. Pathogenetically substantiated highly effective differential approach to the choice of treatment method in those patients has been elaborated, which is confirmed by clinical and etiological cure of 98.3 % patients. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of MI "Kharkiv regional dematovenerological dispensary", Kamianetz-Podilsk municipal hospital number 1 of Khmelnitsky region, Transcarpathian regional dermatovenerological dispensary.
