This Dissertation is devoted to the determination of theoretical and methodical bases of forming cost and price of intellectual and informational goods. It is substantiated that value substance of intellectual product as unity of three elements and the working substance of cost of informational transmitter are the characteristics of the depth level of forming cost and price of intellectual and informational good. It is set that the price of intellectual and informational good appears at the superficial level of above mentioned process. The specific determinants of demand and supply of intellectual and informational good are selected. Theoretical and methodical approaches of evaluation of intellectual and informational good are complemented. The specific of basic market pricing models of intellectual and informational good is explored on the basis of conception of its life cycle. It is justified that market regulations of intellectual and informational good to be directed to achievement of variation in distribution of incomes between subjects taking part in in creation of intellectual and informational good; smoothing of market fluctuations and support of stable price level.
