Essay

This research focuses on the limits of judicial power, its kinds and the importance of power relations. Law and morality are considered as phenomena that limit the judiciary and legal relations in the society, it is proposed to allocate state power, people power, rights and humanitarian power are proposed to be distinguished between state power, judicial, legislative, executive, control, attestation, consolidating. The influence of the judicial power on law-making and law-enforcement spheres of state activities are supported. The place of the judiciary as a mediator in the relationship between the individual, the state and society, the subjects of the government and its role in ensuring the stability of the legal order, the efficiency of the state, society and the legal system are analyzed.
