The thesis investigates the theoretical aspects of teacher training and experience to learn automobile engineering in the second half of the twentieth century. There are analyzed current scientific works, in which are investigated the retrospective aspects of automobile engineering teachers training. There are identified and described the socio-economic factors, as well as historical and pedagogical stages of automobile engineering teachers training. The semantic, methodical and organizational aspects of preparation of future teachers of the automobile engineering are exposed in the second half of the twentieth century. Found out tendencies and prospects of preparation of students to the studies of the automobile engineering of senior pupils of general school.
