Essay

Dissertation is devoted to complex theoretical research of "human right to life". The problem questions, related to the concept, structure, maintenance and signs of human right to life, are found out, and also the place of the investigated right is determined in the system of human rights and his correlation with other equitable rights. Essence of guarantees of realization of human right to life is found out and their classification is carried out, the place and role of state and public institutes are determined among the guarantees of realization of human right to life, and also subject matter of legal guarantees of human right to life is exposed in details.
