Sviata O. Prophylaxis and treatment of complications of pregnancy in women with genital infections in the outpatient setting.

The dissertation is devoted one of the urgent problems of modern obstetrics - reducing the incidence of pregnancy complications in women with genital infections in the outpatient setting. The paper presents the characteristics of the course gestation, birth, state of the fetus and newborn in women with genital infections, presents a theoretical study of pathogenetic processes during pregnancy complications that arose against the backdrop of urogenital infections. Based on the study of history, spectrum microbiocenosis genital, features of cellular and humoral immune system, cytokine status, hormonal status fetoplacental system, psychoemotional opportunities, ultrasonic photometry and dopplerometry, cardiotocography, developed a set of therapeutic and preventive measures for pregnant women with genital infections in outpatient settings which helped to reduce the incidence of complications of pregnancy and optimize outpatient prenatal care.
