Methods: physical, biophysical, electro-physiological, immunological, molecular biology, statistics. The thesis is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of treatment of atopic dermatitis in patients with chronic herpesvirus infection. Revealed dependence of the level interleukin-1beta of allelic polymorphism (Arg753Gln) TLR-2 gene. It is shown that chronic herpesvirus infection affect the degree and severity of the atopic dermatitis, the risk of moderate and severe atopic dermatitis is related to sex and age of the patient, the level of interleukin-6, allelic polymorphism Glu429Ala gene MTHFR. Shown the interrelation of the severity of atopic dermatitis in patients with chronic herpesvirus infection and genotype Arg/Arg gene TLR-2. A complex treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis and chronic herpesvirus infection, which promotes the clinical remission in 64,4 % of patients, compared with conventional therapy - in 31,8 % of patients.
