The thesis investigated the current state of implementation mechanisms of the state regulatory policy in the sphere of communication and informatization (administrative, legal, economic, informational and analytical). The research has allowed to define the strategic directions for further improvement by the substantiation of theory and presentation of practical recommendations for the application of new management approaches, based on ecostrategies, ecomechanisms, ecology and natural sources, which provide direct or indirect influence on the health and human wellbeing, nature and society.
