Essay

Sentencing juvenile offenders in circumstances that mitigate it as a whole punishment is one of the major problems of implementation of criminal responsibility. The thesis is the first research features sentencing minors in circumstances that mitigate it. This provides a meaningful correction purposes punishment of minors in his appointment in circumstances in mitigation of punishment, and concluded that the goal of rehabilitation of juvenile offenders, especially those aged 14 to 16 years, comes to the fore.
